Our steaks, roasts, chops, and other cuts are produced from livestock raised, processed, and packaged by Arizona students who work in our Food Products and Safety Lab, the only USDA inspected lab of its kind in the Southwest. You'll be delighted by the taste of our meats, which are carefully aged to be more tender than what you'd buy in the grocery store.
Support Arizona students
Every purchase from Wildcat Country Market supports Arizona students in some way. Students not only breed, raise, process, and package our meat products, they also run our store and are responsible for sales. Many of these students are studying majors in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and gaining hands-on experience that they'll use when they go on to work in a variety of fields including meat inspection, food safety, and agriculture.

Fresh and frozen products, jerky, and sausage snacks are available for purchase. Beef and pork products are the most available throughout the year. Lamb, goat, fresh eggs, and cheeses are available in limited and occasional quantities. Their availability will be announced on our social media channels Facebook and Instagram.
